![]() | Junior Program Our Junior program is specifically designed to cater for children aged 5 to 12 years of age who are at the beginner to intermediate level. This program provides an introduction to the basic techniques of modern Taekwondo, while increasing strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness. Our juniors are motivated to set short and long-term goals, from earning their colour belts and stripes, to visioning and achieving the ultimate goal of earning a Black Belt. Other benefits gained thorough this program included techniques on how to deal with bullies, as well as learn self-discipline, team work and respect for others |
![]() | Teens, Adults and Advanced Program Class Times: 6.30pm - 7.30pm Mon, Tue & Wed Evenings Our Teens, Adults & Advanced Program is specifically designed to cater for Teenagers 13 to 17 as well as Adults 18 and Above. It also caters for those members of any age who are at an advanced level. Our focus is on character building, which is designed to bring out the best in an individual through different training drills and techniques. During this period of their training we help our members develop self-confidence, which is important to not only Taekwondo but everyday life. Other benefits gained thorough this program included learning real life self-defence techniques that work in today's modern world. |
![]() | High Performance Sports Taekwondo Program Class Times: 7.30pm - 9.00pm Mon & Wed Evenings Our High Performance Sports Taekwondo Program is designed to cater for a dedicated group of athletes whose sole ambition is to strive to become elite athletes and represent Australia in major international competitions such as World Titles and Olympic Games. Our Coaching Staff are committed to developing a highly competitive and successful team. With their combined experience they hope to see all High Performance Team Members reach their full potential.. |
